Shipping Information

All Farmer Jon’s products ship for free via UPS Ground (minimum $25 order).  In some instances your order may be shipped via SurePost, in this case you will receive an email once a shipping label has been created that contains your tracking information. To ensure maximum freshness, we make and ship each order the business day after it was received.

Returns & Refunds

Farmer Jon’s Popcorn makes every order fresh as its placed. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds on product that has been shipped.
